Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the Logistics department in Pančevo, Serbia.

Your tasks as Customer Order Processor:
  • Ensuring and monitoring customer deliveries according to the forecast delivery schedule
  • Daily dispatching of deliveries and shipments, compliance with the agreed target delivery performance
  • Accepting, plausibility checking and dispatching of customer orders in SAP, including bottleneck control
  • Intensive maintenance of customer contacts, communication with (international) customers regarding logistics topics
  • Preparation of various analyses and statistics, working with online customer portals

Your profile as Customer Order Processor:
  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on logistics
  • Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team, ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
  • Structured, flexible way of working as well as technical insight and understanding
  • Good MS Office (Word/Excel/PP) and SAP skills
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
