Job Description

Customer relationship building and enhancement, regular listen to the Voice of Customer, regular customer visits and communication, lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue between TRW & Customer OEMs in Asia Pacific region;Responsible for customer quality problem solving and concern management handling activity for all Asia Pacific customer OEMs, working with plant cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer as the interface between TRW & Customer OEMs. Lead and Drive on plant customer issue handling & related process set up/ implementation, problem solving activities.Being TRW global strategic customer champion of SAIC, and support TRW global manufacturing site customer quality improvement activity
