Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


-Implementation of ZF Group Directive for Portalmanagement in Asia.


-Daily user support as Helpdesk China on customer portals, request process via emails, phone calls and tickets.


-Daily processing of the access requests and inquiries within an internal system, in a timely, results oriented manner.


-Coordination with the users from different ZF-divisions and system supports on customer side.


-Daily process of global Helpdesk-mailbox.


-Support on the customer portal Initialization process and documentations.


-Realization of Portal Audits, ZF master data audits and so on.


-Data clean of Customer Master Data in SAP MDM and OneCB.


-Research about legal hierarchies of ZF customers on Automotive Industry.


-Assist in other tasks assigned by the superiors.


Requirements

Requirements


-Bachelor degree or above.


-About 2 years of relevant working experience.


-Good English skills both on oral speaking and on writing.


-Good understanding of process and systems.Logic thinking, detailed oriented, patience with mass data.
