Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the HR department at our location in Pančevo (Serbia).

Your tasks as HR Administrator:
  • Provide independent support by performing a variety of administrative duties
  • Work on specialist topics in coordination with the HR representatives
  • Prepare and support a broad variety of HR activities
  • Carry out task-specific communication with the specialist departments
  • Handle task-related internal and external correspondence
Your profile as HR Administrator:
  • Successfully completed degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification with relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated personality with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Social competence and high level of empathy with good communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
