Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the Sales department at our location in Paris, La Défense.



Your tasks as Key Account Manager - Occupant Safety Systems (m/f):

  • Manage assigned customer account for the business unit "Occupant Safety Systems" and a team of 8-10 people to ensure customer satisfaction in the area of product, price, quality, service and technology during (pre-) development phase and serial life
  • Implement operational measures to achieve the defined sales and profit targets for the area of responsibility
  • ​​Identify new business opportunities, lead RFQ/RFIs and negotiate contracts and pricing
  • ​Manage and drive pre-/post SOP profitability of projects/RFQs supported by Commercial Managers in the Business Unit
  • ​Create mid- and long-term sales planning pricing strategy for the respective customers

Your profile as Key Account Manager - Occupant Safety Systems (m/f):

  • University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales or Engineering in the automotive industry and strong understanding of automotive processes and trends
  • ​Good leadership experience and capability to lead a team with direct reports
  • ​Strong commercial presence in front of the customer and excellent negotiation skills
  • French & English fluent; willingness to travel
