Job Description



Responsibilities

Main Objectives


1. Enhance the communication with OEM.
2. Improve relationship with customer, keep the information channel running smoothly.
3. Support on new project and new customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities


1. Interface between China customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements.
2. Customer relationship maintain during mass delivery phase (Change Price negotiation, special sales), Regular customer satisfaction diagnosis and improvement.
3. Support for Acquisition and Develop new customers, new business together with corresponding sales of headquarter.
4. Coordination and support for project management.
5. Coordination for business/market planning and collecting information of market, OEM and competitor.
6. Opportunity and risk analysis based on the experience with customer.
7. Prepare the sales part (documents, price) of the quotation according to company's regulation.
8. The acquisition of important automobile projects, leading customer presentations, supporting technical discussions and project management.
9. Following up for effective forecast and planning of customer demands.
10. Communicate OEM plant news to KAM/AM and to ZF plant staff.
11. Follow up with customer on payment monthly, and finalize the normal final settlement of account within payment term.

Requirements

Basic Requirements


1. Working experience: Above 3-year experience in Sales Management and Project Management.
2. Education: Bachelor degree or above in Technique Engineering or Business Administration.
3. English: Good command of English
4. German: No request
5. Computer: Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, database administration and operation
6. Qualification: NA


Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities


1. Bachelor degree or above in Technique Engineering or Business Administration.
2. Above 3-year experience in Sales Management and Project Management.
3. Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, database administration and operation.
4. Fluent English
5. Active and open communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
6. High affinity to preciseness and responsibility.
7. Ability and willingness for a constant enhancement of existing skills.
8. Ability to work independently and under stress.
