Job Description

The HR Operations team are responsible for providing a transactional support service to the HR organisation at the Shirley campus site, and to around 850 line managers and employees. The HR Administrator reports to the HR Operations Supervisor. We are currently managing a period of systems improvements and a transition to more automated processes, and so the candidate will need to be systems literate and flexible and adapt with the upcoming changes. In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of HR admin tasks and challenges.

Your tasks:
  • A range of tasks which focus on reducing business risk and complying with legislation
  • General HR administration tasks including, but not limited to, creation of employment contracts, probation reviews, payroll entry, training coordination, employee changes, references and day to day queries
  • Maintain HR and other Talent related databases
  • Create and maintain employee file records
  • Plan and conduct HR inductions
  • Work closely within the HR team to achieve set objectives and project work
Your profile:
  • A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English Language
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Commputer literate with working knowledge of MS applications
