Job Description

ZF’s E-Mobility Division is expanding its production capacity for electro mobility products by building a new facility in the Serbian city of Pančevo.

Construction for the new ZF plant in Pančevo, located 14 kilometers northeast of the Serbian capital, Belgrade, is scheduled to start in June 2018. Starting in 2019, this plant, covering more than 20,000 square meters, will focus on the production of electric motors and generators for hybrid and electric drives as well as transmission selector levers and micro-switches. ZF is investing a total of more than €100 million in building of the new plant. In the long term, the ZF Pančevo location will have a workforce of 1,000.

Your tasks as Team Lead - Process Engineering:

  • Planning, conception and implementation of effective production processes and independent coordination of projects
  • Initiation and development of measures for a continuous process optimization
  • Coordination and support of international procurement activities of standardized machines and plants for the production Network
  • Planning of task completion and leading auf tasks according to the preparation of technical offer elaborations, preparation for make-and-buy decisions as well as contributing to cost structure Analysis
  • Management and support of employees and ensuring a good qualification level
Your profile as Team Lead - Process Engineering
  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Several years of work experience required, preferably with staff responsibility
  • Product and production knowledge and experience in project management, also international
  • Strong commitment and personal initiative, communication skills, capacity for teamwork, creativity, confident manner and the willingness to travel
  • Fluent language skills in English and Serbian, German skills preferable
