Job Description

This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity within the Project Management Office (PMO) for proactive contribution to the business dynamics and functions.
PMO enables governance of the project landscape, defines and monitors the budget, ce global standards and processes and provides senior management with important information on progress, costs and resources which helps with key decisions. The team in Solihull is continuously looking to new solutions to enhance these capabilities worldwide.
Your task:


  • Maintain the project portfolio database and develop smart solutions to visualize the project landscape & project dependencies.
  • Identify, collect and maintain the technical project attributes to support technical analysis / complexity assessment.
  • Elaborate a workload estimator to predict budget & resource demand of projects of different complexity.
  • Enhance quality of reporting at project & portfolio level in support to project managers / Steering Leadership.
Your profile:

  • On track for final result of a 2:1 or 1st (mathematics, IT or equivalent).
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and put forward ideas for improvement
  • Ability to work at both detailed and high level, multi-tasking and prioritize
  • Ability to work on own initiative (with support/mentoring as required)
  • Data analysis skills and data visualization skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Outgoing, confident, professional approach and willing to learn new tools and methodologies.
