Job Description

Be responsible for customer quality problem solving and concern management handling activity for all Asia Pacific customer OEMs, Work with plant cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer as the interface between TRW & Customer OEM. Work with plant quality organization team to maintain CMS (Concern Management System)Lead and conduct customer satisfaction workshop to improve plant customer quality to exceed customer expectations. Work with TRW PPAC committee to fix critical customer complaint and safety related issues, as coordinate representing AP region. Customer relationship build up and enhancement, regular listen the Voice of Customer, regular customer visit and communication, lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue between TRW & Customer OEMs; Lead and drive on plant customer issue handling & related process set up/ implementation, problem solving activities. Early involve in new product launch quality, verify and drive on new product quality improvement at customer site. Be TRW Global strategic customer champion for SAIC, quality improvement, customer relationship building up and enhancement
