Job Description

ZF annually invests approximately five percent of its sales in Research & Development (€1.4 billion in 2015) ensuring continued success through the design and engineering of innovative technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as Scrum Master for the core product cybersecurity activities including process development.
  • Support department management in interfacing with information security and the governance activities required within ZF, ensuring metrics are available as required.
  • Ensure the GDPEP process is followed when developing cybersecurity tools to be used within the cybersecurity engineering processes, including key management and testing infrastructure and tools.
  • Manage the overall development of a key management strategy for ZF.
  • Support the department in the development of supplier and partner ecosystem.
  • Work with the department management to engage internal as well as external customers.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or other related technical area
  • At least 10 years’ experience in project management, embedded systems, especially for automotive.
  • Knowledgeable about software development and systems engineering, e.g.,
  • ASPICE, Agile development methods (Scrum, XP or similar)
  • Model-Based Software/Systems Engineering
  • Knowledgeable about product security (embedded systems)
  • Experience with multiple automotive systems
  • Experience working with multiple OEMs as customers
