Job Description



Responsibilities
1.     General Management Plant 1 Shenyang
Manage Shenyang E-division Plant 1 with all manufacturing/assembly areas as well as indirect areas (Finance/Controlling, HR, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Maintenance/CIP, Process Planning), implement and adhere to business objectives, take into account the contractual and commercial conditions and the procedures according to TS 16949 and ISO 14000. Responsible for the infrastructure at Shenyang Plant 1 site (land and buildings).   2.     Strategy and Planning
Develop, implement and track strategic planning in terms of investment and competence build up (products, customers, markets) together with BU organization in the region and in HQ (Germany). Create and be responsible for annual operational planning for the assigned reporting units (Plant level).  

3.     Customer Development

Support the sales organization to pass the customer audits and deal with operational customer complaints.  

4.     Project Management and Engineering

Take plant responsibility of project management of respective BUs in the region. Be responsible to build up local competence in industrial engineering.  

5.     Operational Control

Set up operational objectives (Plant KPIs) and, in case of deviations define measures together with the RU responsible. Represent the plant in the BU and divisional performance reviews.  

6.     Materials Management

Take part in the commodity and supplier strategy discussions, join important negotiations and contract talks.
7.     Quality

Be responsible for the plant quality, further development for quality management system, processes and standards.  

8.     HR, Finance, Governance

Compliance with process and policies within the region and BU of ZF group.  

9.     Budget Planning and Compliance

Resource and budget plan for areas of responsibility according to ZF planning cycles. Through budget control and the initiation of measures in case of deviation, ensure compliance with the variable cost targets and budgets.  

10.  Leadership and Organization

Guide and support the reporting teams and carry out individual personnel measures.
Ensure the continuous review and improvement of organizational processes in the area of responsibility. Cultivate in a target-oriented and motivating manner in order to achieve the best possible result.
