Position Description

The position is responsible for all aspects of application development, execution and compliance for the ADAS


application programs development globally (including people, processes and line management) for our customer.

This position is the overall technical leader and decision maker within the project responsible for the engineering planning, execution and delivery.

He/she is the primary technical decision maker and is accountable to achieve the project schedule, quality and budget objectives for the engineering organization.

He/she is the lead engineering interface in the project.

The position is also temporarily acting as the Engineering Customer Strategy Manager who is responsible to define the customer related product strategy in alignment with the engineering product strategy managers, product planning and portfolio.

This role is also responsible to establish / improve customer relationship while promoting advanced technologies and new business opportunity

Position Requirements

Must have 10+ years automotive electronics experience
Must have 10+ years strong hardware electronics experience
Must have 2+ years management experience
Must have experience with product development and leading a team

Essential Skills and Experience:

Management and responsibility for global team members.
Present/influence ZF technology strategies and customer product development roadmaps.
Provide overall direction and enforcement of ZF GDPIM application process.
Interface with global/regional sales leads to facilitate business development.
Interface/support global/regional quality leads and TRW manufacturing plant quality personnel to support AME development of new technologies.
Provide management support and escalation path for critical issues identified with core program developments
