Responsibilities

Position Summary:


The purpose of this position is to provide support to the HR Process Manager in the functional area of payroll.


Position Responsibilities:
•Maintain facility eTIME system and administer payroll function.
•Responsible for ensuring accuracy of timeliness of payroll submission.
•Maintain all employee records through Enterprise including: new hires, changes, and terminations.
•Enter all new hires and changes in Enterprise.
•Address employee issues related to payroll and escalate to HR Manager if necessary.
•Ensure data accuracy in Enterprise and eTIME.
•Update and maintain eTIME system including: timekeeping accuracy, schedules, rounding rules, shift changes, troubleshooting issues.
•Train supervisors on how to use the eTIME timekeeping software.
•Download and save bi-weekly payroll reports.
•Create, update, and maintain payroll spreadsheet.
•Update and maintain all payroll reports.
•Bi-weekly payroll submission to corporate office.
•Bi-weekly payroll review and approval.
•Create and process exit forms for all terminations.
•Maintain Payroll KPIs.
•Filing of HR documentation in personnel files.
•Assist HR Manager in filing unemployment compensation claims.
•Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
•Supports and complies with established Company’s Corporate Principles.
•Interact with employees on behalf of Human Resources.
•Other duties as it relates to this position.

Essential Skills and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience in a similar position.
•Two (2) plus years of payroll administration experience.
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
•Proficient in the use of HRIS software.
•Good Written and Oral Communication skills.
•Ability to work well with all levels of employees.
