Internship: Enabling IT in Friedrichshafen at ZF

Job Description

For our location in Friedrichshafen (ZF Group headquarters) we are continuously looking for dedicated, motivated and responsible students for the following internship:

    ZF IT is a worldwide organization combining more than 2000 employees in a new global structure. We work on the positioning of “ZF IT - backbone of innovation“. The team “Enabling IT” works on the following tasks to support the change process which is based on teamwork, empowerment und agile principles:
  • Developing new forms of collaboration in and between teams
  • Deploy overarching communication platforms
  • Identify, use and build up functional, methodical and social skills in IT organization (knowledge management and training)
  • Support in developing IT skills in the ZF organization
  • In these tasks we work closely together with the experts in Human Resources and Communication

    As an intern in the team „Enabling IT“ you work on conceptional and organizational tasks like e.g.:
  • Preparation of meetings and workshops
  • Work on concepts with your study background for a practical hands-on implementation
  • Support in production of digital learning material, videos, podcasts etc.
  • Depending on your skills and preference we offer the possibility to take responsibility in projects e.g. preparation of workshops, moderation of communities of practice, support in the IT-blog

  • You are studying economics, social sciences, computer science, information or media technology in your master’s degree
  • You are thrilled by the chances digitization brings to companies
  • You have good social skills and you love to work with people
  • You can distinguish whether it is appropriate to use IT-tools or it is better to come together face to face
  • You are working well organized and structured. You like to take the responsibility and work in a team as well as on your own
  • You are experienced in working with MS office
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Skills and experience:
  • You had the chance to gain experiences with Social Media or Content Management Systems
  • You gained first experiences in project management
