Key Account Manager


根据公司销售计划和市场开发计划,开发新客户,组织按时发货,并协调处理供货期间的问题,达到客户满意Collect the information of the market and competitors; develop new customers according to the customer’s development plan. Follow the long-term sales plan, organize goods delivery on time and assist to handle the problems during the supply to reach the customers satisfaction.

1. 收集、并及时更新国内外相关市场信息,并协助部门经理预测公司现有和潜在客户的发展动态及市场趋势。Collect and update domestic and foreign markets related information, support the managers to forecast the existing and potential customers, as well as the developments of the potential and the market trend.

2. 收集潜在项目信息,负责潜在项目的管理,保证意向书的签署。Collect potential project information, direct potential project management, ensures to sign the guarantee intent letter.

3. 根据客户要求准备报价,负责销售谈判,编制、执行和管理销售合同和相关协议。Prepare pricing quotation direct sales negotiation, compile and manage the sales contracts and related contracts as requested by customers.

4. 建立和维护客户信息,传递并协调相关部门处理客户要求,提高客户满意度。Establish and maintain the customer information, transfer and coordinate departments concerned to handle customer’s requests to improve the customer’s satisfaction

5. 同客户进行订单确认,根据订单制定、及时更新和传递销售计划,并配合相关部门处理订单完成过程中的问题,保证供货及时性及应收账款回收事宜。Confirm the order with the customers , work out ,update and transfer the sales plans according to the orders , support related departments to handle the problems happens in the implementation process of the order to ensure the timely delivery and recovery of the account receivable.

6. 协助公司内其他部门与客户达成职能领域的一致,并最大限度保证公司利益Support the other departments in the company to reach the functional area consistent with customers and guarantee maximum company interests.


1. At least three years sales experience in auto parts field.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in machinery or related majors

3. Good at English

4. Could accept business trip
