Job Description

  • Assist TA Manager to take over the all STC recruitment smoothly.
  • Manage various sourcing channels and improve channel effectiveness.
  • Complete job posting for all appropriate positions.
  • Work together with HRBP team to understand position requirements and company culture before sourcing.
  • Conduct CV screening and phone interview to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Prepare offer for selected candidates after discussion with C&B and HRBP.
  • Track and maintain all recruitment related data and provide effectiveness reports as required.
  • Provide talent and market intelligence to HR team proactively.
  • Assist TA manager to build and maintain talent community and talent mapping for critical positions.
  • Assist TA manager to promote ZF TRW employer branding both internally and externally.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements
Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources management or relevant.

Experience and Skill Requirements
3-5 years experience or above in HR function; prefer working experience in search agency.
Familiar with recruitment procedure and process
Good command of English in writing and speaking
Well understanding of China Labor Law and local personnel and labor regulations.
Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure
