Job Description


Main Objectives  

1. Drive location NPM (Non-Production Material) CIS saving

2. Lead location NPM supplier management

3. Implement group standard NPM process

4. Support location’s daily business running

Key responsibilities

1. Set up ASL:Through review of supplier qualification, align with the user dept and commodity buyer together to establish qualified suppliers list. Minimize business risk through strict supplier management system and well compliance of all company management processes

2. Set up RFQ tracking : Use standard tools to tracking each case status, ensure all agreed purchasing objectives are delivered on time in target.

3. Contract Management : Use standard tools to supervise contracts, renew / subscription / executing / follow up.

4. Data analysis:Collect all relative NPM data, analysis, and figure out some efficient way for cost reduction

5. NPM process: Implement group standard NPM process in location.

6. Daily NPM operation purchasing

    6.1  Support user depts. clarify requirements and send out RFQ to supplier.

    6.2 Collect RFQ and Analyze quotation, negotiation with supplier, nominate supplier.

    6.3 Place Purchasing Order (PO) in ERP system and release the PO to vendors according to PR and quotation documents.

    6.4 Maintenance of vendor/material master data in system.

    6.5 Tracking & support location CIS actions.

    6.6 Effective communicate with user depts and NPM commodity team


Basic Requirements  

1. Working: experience 3+ years related experience in Operations, Purchasing, or Project Management

2. Education: University or above

3. Language: Fluent English and Vietnamese

4. Computer: Proficiency in MS Office software

5. Qualification: Engineer Preferred

1. Good understanding of process, production and operations systems, purchasing, and project management;

2. Good communication skills and ability

3. Quick learning capability, and able to be quick and efficient to solve problems

4. Good management skill and ability of decision-making

5. Highly responsibilities, honestly, teamwork spirit

6. Good at spoken and written English are essential for the job holder.
