Position Responsibilities:

  • Works with LPE to identify, troubleshoot and solve errors/problems in the ZFTG Business (SAP)
  • Become expert subject matter in the SAP, Axalant and other System environment of ZFTG that is needed in Assembly
  • Responsible for collecting data and analyzing production/operation data in order to evaluate Inventory discrepancies related to Changes and/or Deviations.
  • Develops training documentation and train SAP Users on new and existing SAP transactions required to maintain day-to-day business.
  • Leads projects and is involved in cross-functional team meetings to help determine and develop areas of improvement
  • Review, analyze and validate Engineering Change Orders that affect Assembly
  • Gathers process information to improve workflows and procedures.
  • Analyze data and define route courses of information flow inaccuracies within the Assembly department
  • Core Team Member for the Physical Inventory in ZFTG
  • Takes action to remedy unexpected negative trends, issues in a timely matter
  • Supports day-to-day function in the Assembly department and other areas
  • Adhere to all housekeeping SOP's in and around work area including 5S standards.
  • Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
  • Supports and complies with established Company's Corporate Principles.
  • Other duties as it relates to this position.

    Essential Skills and Experience:
  • High School degree or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze and interpret business and systems requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
    Excellent organization skills.
