Job Description

ZF’s E-Mobility Division is expanding its production capacity for electro mobility products by building a new facility in the Serbian city of Pančevo.

Construction for the new ZF plant in Pančevo, located 14 kilometers northeast of the Serbian capital, Belgrade, is scheduled to start in June 2018. Starting in 2019, this plant, covering more than 20,000 square meters, will focus on the production of electric motors and generators for hybrid and electric drives as well as transmission selector levers and micro-switches. ZF is investing a total of more than €100 million in building of the new plant. In the long term, the ZF Pančevo location will have a workforce of 1,000.

Your tasks as Process Support Engineer:

  • Create and update serial control plans
  • Plan, provide and accept SPC places for production
  • Ensure the measurement exercises and evaluate the results Evaluate and create capability- and measuring system analysis
  • Determine and track quality relevant measures for extern and intern complaints, of product and process FMEA capability analysis, reducibility analysis as well as for other quality problems or deviations to ensure the quality and the effectiveness control
  • Perform intern audit and moderate Quality circles
Your profile as Process Support Engineer:
  • Successfully ccompleted degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with focus on production technology or a related field
  • Work experience in the quality sector
  • Knowledge in handling QS-STAT, MSA, SPC, SAP and MS Office required
  • Strong assertiveness, ability to work in teams, flexibility, independent way of working
  • Fluent language skills in English and Serbian, German skills preferable
