Production System Trainer in Pancevo at ZF

Job Description

ZF’s E-Mobility Division is expanding its production capacity for electro mobility products by building a new facility in the Serbian city of Pančevo.

Construction for the new ZF plant in Pančevo, located 14 kilometers northeast of the Serbian capital, Belgrade, is scheduled to start in June 2018. Starting in 2019, this plant, covering more than 20,000 square meters, will focus on the production of electric motors and generators for hybrid and electric drives as well as transmission selector levers and micro-switches. ZF is investing a total of more than €100 million in building of the new plant. In the long term, the ZF Pančevo location will have a workforce of 1,000.

Your tasks as Production System Trainer:
  • Planning new processes and continuously developing and implementing basic principles, guidelines and methods
  • Actively designing and supporting complex change processes in line with the ZF production system philosophy (lean production)
  • Overall responsibility for complex and interdisciplinary projects
  • Contact for all technical and methodic issues concerning the ZF production System
  • Preparing analyses, identifying when action needs to be taken, implementing the action agreed on and independent controlling of this action
Your profile as Production System Trainer:
  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience working as a trainer for lean production Systems
  • Experience in project management with good presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PP) and SAP
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are desired
