Job Description

  • Dealing with client and experiment needs, equipment orders. Purchasing prototype parts and equipment. Selecting supplier for prototype parts.
  • Managing orders and information of prototype shop and client. Pre- and post-calculation of prototype building
  • Ensuring cost reduction of purchased parts by price negotiations. Investigating expenses of project equipment and prototype parts. Selecting correct equipment and manufacturing technology in terms of cost and manufacturability.
  • Making constructive cooperation and advising on technical problem identification. Ensuring information of prototype reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with the quality guidelines.
  • Working together in project team. Providing technical support to collegues in prototype design and building. Supporting new products of TRW plants into operation.
  • Monitoring and complianting with agreed deadlines and costs. Optimizing time and cost for internal and external prototype building capacity
  • Making part life cycle and prototype reports. Sending and forwarding prototype to external or internal clients. Documentation work.
  • Accounting costs and submitting expenses timely
  • Making 2D drawing and 3D model

Job Requirements

Education Requirements
College degree or above

Experience and Skill Requirements
・Years of experience in task control, knowledge of equipment and /
・manufacturing technologies
・PC skills, operation skills of PBS systems
・English skills in speaking and writing
