Job Description





Responsibilities

  • 每年年底制定明年年度销售计划,并在一年内对预测作三次调整,同时制订五年销售计划。

  • make annual sales plan, do 3 times adjustments per year, make sales plan for the next 5 year.

  • 完成本年度的计划目标。

  • execute sales activities and achieve yearly sales targets.

  • 负责每年的广告、展览会及公共宣传方面的提出、组织、策划等工作。

  • be responsible for yearly advertising, exhibition, public activities.

  • 收集、分析国内外铁路市场信息及动态,及时反馈并调整公司营销策略。

  • collect and analyze the home and abroad market informations, and adjust marketing strategy in time.

  • 汇同财务、采购等部门,完善前瞻价格分析体系,控制、平衡销售额及利润。

  • work with the colleagues finace and purchase departments to complete price forecasting system, contol and balance the sales amount and profits.

  • 密切联系客户,建立客户档案资料,及时解决供货过程中的商务及技术问题。

  • keep close relationships with customers, create customer list, and fix up the business or technical problems during products supplying process. 

  • 积极发掘潜在客户,参与及了解客户业务需要,提供各种技术支持。

  • explore potential customer actively, study customer business needs, and provide various technical support.

  • 处理客户投诉,汇报产品缺陷及仓储、运输等问题,并协同其他部门进行改善。

  • deal with customer complaints, report the problem of product defects, warehousing and transportation.

  • 协同客户当地业务人员完善客户服务等工作。

  • collaborate customer to improve their service.

  • 协调生产技术等部门,监督、保障出厂产品质量。

  • coordinate production and technology department to ensure the quality of products.

  • 协调总部及本公司相关部门完成各项客户要求的试验项目。

  • coordinate headquarter and the related departments to complete the testing projects according to customer's requirements.

  • 编制各类客户要求的认可文件,及时解决认可过程中的各类问题。

  • make the approval documents according to customer's requirements, timely solve the problems in the process of recognition.



Requirements

  • 机车车辆或机械类专业优先,本科及以上学历,有五年以上铁路行业销售相关工作经验;

  • bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering;

  • have more than 5 years working experience in sales of Railway Industry;

  • 有较强的业务开拓能力及拿单能力;

  • have strong capability of business development;

  • 有良好的英语听说读写能力;

  • be good at English;

  • 熟悉铁路行业的质量体系标准;

  • be familiar in QMS of Railway Industry (eg. TS22163);

  • 较强的人际交往能力及公关技巧。

  • have strong capabilities of interpersonal skills and public relations skills.
