Job Description

Your task:
  • Coordination of the sales planning process globally. Responsibility to finalize the Global Operational Plan and the strategic plan (+4 year), submitted to global plants and functions.
  • Lead a team of Sales Planners
  • Consolidation, analysis, checks of the Global Sales Plan process, reporting and variances analysis
  • Responsibility of the monthly sales plan release; overseen the reconciliation and analysis of actual sales.
  • Act as a trainer of the internal Sales Planning System to the sales community. Development, improvement and administration of the Sales Planning System

Your profile:
  • Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Marketing & Planning or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales planning, preferably in automotive industry, with ability to lead a team
  • Affinity to numbers, analytical approach, financial awareness
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English and German language
