Come join the global leader in automotive safety systems to create a pipeline of future engineers who will develop new products to help save lives.

We are looking for a person with creativity, energy, and strong project management skills to put into place a best in class co-op program. Main responsibilities for this role will include:
  • Full-cycle recruitment on student positions throughout the North American region.
  • Partner with hiring managers and human resources to understand future hiring needs and align campus recruitment strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate co-op networking events and learning sessions each semester.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with external campus stakeholders (professors, faculty, professional associations, student organizations) at strategic targeted universities.
  • Participate in traditional campus recruiting events and manage the on boarding, evaluation, and rotation of co-ops. Work closely with the talent acquisition team to recommend co-ops for post graduation employment with ZF.
  • Maintain metrics on the success of the co-op program and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Specialist on branding activities and social media campaigns.
  • Assist in the develop and support of diversity recruiting efforts both on and off campus
We are looking for someone with the following qualities, skills and experiences:
  • Reviewing resumes, screening and selecting candidates
  • Setting up interviews and conducting pre-employment checks
  • Outgoing, confident, and approachable person with a passion for interacting with students
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others both inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
  • A four year degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering, or another applicable degree.
  • Recruitment or University Relations experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to strategic targeted universities as required.
